4 chicken breasts, cut into 3 cm cubes
12 small onions, halved
1 green pepper, deseeded and cut into 3 cm squares
410 g (1 tin) apricot halves, drained
1 fresh pineapple, peeled and cut into 3 cm cubes
pinch of salt and black pepper
8 wooden sosatie

60 ml (4 tbsp) Clover Tropika Pineapple
45 ml (3 tbsp) chutney
pinch of chilli powder
125 ml (½ cup) Caesar vinaigrette


  1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C and butter an oven dish approximately 34 cm x 24 cm.
  2. Thread the chicken cubes, onions, pepper squares, apricot halves, and pineapple cubes onto the sosatie skewers.
  3. Season with salt and pepper and transfer the skewers to the prepared oven dish.
  4. Mix the sauce ingredients together and pour over the sosaties.
  5. Cover the oven dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and grill the sosaties under the grill element until golden brown.
  6. Serve hot.
