Ingredients
Sosaties
4 chicken breasts, cut into 3 cm cubes
12 small onions, halved
1 green pepper, deseeded and cut into 3 cm squares
410 g (1 tin) apricot halves, drained
1 fresh pineapple, peeled and cut into 3 cm cubes
pinch of salt and black pepper
8 wooden sosatie
Sauce
60 ml (4 tbsp) Clover Tropika Pineapple
45 ml (3 tbsp) chutney
pinch of chilli powder
125 ml (½ cup) Caesar vinaigrette

Method
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C and butter an oven dish approximately 34 cm x 24 cm.
- Thread the chicken cubes, onions, pepper squares, apricot halves, and pineapple cubes onto the sosatie skewers.
- Season with salt and pepper and transfer the skewers to the prepared oven dish.
- Mix the sauce ingredients together and pour over the sosaties.
- Cover the oven dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and grill the sosaties under the grill element until golden brown.
- Serve hot.
