Ingredients
225 g Butter
250 ml Milk
500 ml Lukewarm water
1 kg + 250 g Cake flour (250g if needed)
2×10 g Quick yeast
10 ml Salt

Method
- Melt butter in milk and add salt.
- Add this mixture and the water in a big mixing bowl.
- Add the yeast to 1 cup of these measured flour.
- Add ¾ of the flour to the water mix and mix well.
- Add rest of flour gradually to form a soft dough – maybe you won’t use all the flour.
- Knead until smooth and shining – ± 10 minutes in electrical mixer.
- Leave to rise until double in volume.
- Knead dough and make balls, put close together in bread pan and leave to rise.
- Bake for 45-60 minutes at 200°C.
