Ingredients
1x tin Clover Full Cream Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 liter water
1 ml salt
375 ml Clover Fresh Full Cream Milk
100 g Clover Mooi River Salted Choice Butter
100 ml cornflour
100 ml additional water
500 ml finely diced crustless white bread (± 2 cm dices)
Ground cinnamon or cinnamon sugar to sprinkle

Method
- Combine condensed milk, water, salt, milk and butter in a heavy based saucepan and bring to boil over very moderate heat, stirring constantly to dissolve the condensed milk. Take care not to scorch the milk.
- Mix the cornflour and water and stir into the hot mixture. Stir and cook until thickened and stir in the diced bread.
- Simmer gently for 10 minutes and serve piping hot sprinkled with cinnamon or cinnamon sugar.
