CONDENSED MILK BISCUITS

Ingredients

6x 250ml Cake Flour
450g Butter
20ml Baking Powder
1 tin Condensed Milk

5ml Lemon Essence
250ml Castor Sugar
Pinch of Salt

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 190°C.
  2. Cream butter and sugar until light and creamy.
  3. Add the can of condensed milk and mix through.
  4. Sift cake flour, baking powder, and salt together.
  5. Add dry ingredients to butter mixture.
  6. Add lemon essence to mixture.
  7. Mix into a manageable dough.
  8. Grease baking tray.
  9. Spoon teaspoon of batter on baking tray.
  10. Use finger to give each biscuit a dent.
  11. Bake 10-15 minutes.
