Ingredients
6x 250ml Cake Flour
450g Butter
20ml Baking Powder
1 tin Condensed Milk
5ml Lemon Essence
250ml Castor Sugar
Pinch of Salt

Method
- Preheat oven to 190°C.
- Cream butter and sugar until light and creamy.
- Add the can of condensed milk and mix through.
- Sift cake flour, baking powder, and salt together.
- Add dry ingredients to butter mixture.
- Add lemon essence to mixture.
- Mix into a manageable dough.
- Grease baking tray.
- Spoon teaspoon of batter on baking tray.
- Use finger to give each biscuit a dent.
- Bake 10-15 minutes.
