Makes approximately 70 biscuits
Ingredients
250 ml Self Raising Flour
250 ml Cake Flour
250 ml Oats
250 ml White Sugar
250 ml Coconut
250 ml Rice Crispies
250 ml Post Toasties/Corn Flakes
250 ml Pecan Nuts, chopped
250 ml Red Cherries, chopped
250 ml Golden Syrup
230 g Butter
1 Jumbo egg, beaten

Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Smear 2 big bake plates with butter or use Spray & Cook.
- Mix all dry ingredients in a big bowl.
- Mix syrup and butter in microwave bowl and put in microwave oven for 1 minute on 10% power.
- Stir until butter is melted, add beaten egg and add all to dry ingredients.
- Stir well and mix properly.
- Spoon teaspoons full, leave enough space in-between dops, and bake 8-10 minutes until light brown on top.
- Cool down and remove carefully with an egg lifter and allow to cool properly.
