CUSTARD BISCUITS

Ingredients

250g Butter
120ml Sugar
135ml Custard Powder
5ml Vanilla Essence

800ml Cake Flour
3 Eggs
20ml Baking Powder
Pinch of Salt

Method

  1. Beat butter, sugar, vanilla essence, and eggs until light and creamy.
  2. Add flour, custard powder, salt, and baking powder.
  3. Mix until a stiff dough, DON’T add any liquid.
  4. Use cookie cutter.
  5. Bake at 200°C for 8 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Once cold, put together with butter icing.
