Ingredients
250g Butter
120ml Sugar
135ml Custard Powder
5ml Vanilla Essence
800ml Cake Flour
3 Eggs
20ml Baking Powder
Pinch of Salt

Method
- Beat butter, sugar, vanilla essence, and eggs until light and creamy.
- Add flour, custard powder, salt, and baking powder.
- Mix until a stiff dough, DON’T add any liquid.
- Use cookie cutter.
- Bake at 200°C for 8 minutes or until golden brown.
- Once cold, put together with butter icing.
