Serves 9 litres
Ingredients
36 cups Water
9 cups Sugar
1 pack Dry Yeast (instant)
60ml Dry Ginger
125ml Raisins
30ml Tartaric Acid
Method
- Mix all together and let stand for 24 hours with a cloth over.
- Bottle the Ginger Beer and place in fridge.
Tip
Only use clean (filtered) tap water – DO NOT use refrigerated water or warm water!
Never close the lid of the bottle as it can cause an explosion!
