Makes 10-12 medium scones
Ingredients
375 ml Cake flour
22 ml Baking powder
Pinch of salt
375 ml Cream
3 Jumbo eggs

Method
- Preheat oven to 200°C
- Use baking tray and cover with baking paper or use Spray & Cook
- Sift flour, baking powder and salt in a big bowl
- Beat cream and eggs together
- Add to dry ingredients by cutting the egg mixture with a pallet knife into the dry mixture
- Bring dough together and put on flour covered surface
- Push flatter ± 1.5cm high and use a round biscuit cutter and put on bake plate
- Brush with milk on top
- Bake 15-20 minutes, remove, and allow to cool
- Serve with jam and cream
