Makes 10-12 medium scones


375 ml Cake flour
22 ml Baking powder
Pinch of salt

375 ml Cream
3 Jumbo eggs


  1. Preheat oven to 200°C
  2. Use baking tray and cover with baking paper or use Spray & Cook
  3. Sift flour, baking powder and salt in a big bowl
  4. Beat cream and eggs together
  5. Add to dry ingredients by cutting the egg mixture with a pallet knife into the dry mixture
  6. Bring dough together and put on flour covered surface
  7. Push flatter ± 1.5cm high and use a round biscuit cutter and put on bake plate
  8. Brush with milk on top
  9. Bake 15-20 minutes, remove, and allow to cool
  10. Serve with jam and cream
