Ingredients
250 g smoked snoek
3 slices white bread, crusts removed
125 ml water
125 g / 140 ml Clover Mooi River Salted Choice Butter, slightly softened
Pinch garlic and herb seasoning
15 ml lemon juice
2 hard-boiled eggs
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
To Serve
Whole wheat or crispy bread or crackers

Method
- Remove the skin and bones and place the cleaned snoek into the bowl of a food processor. Add the bread to the bowl and pour over the water to moisten.
- Add all the remaining ingredients and blend until quite smooth.
- Check seasoning and spoon into suitable containers or ramekin dishes. Seal with cling wrap and refrigerate until required or up to 5 days.
- Serve with bread or crackers.
