SWEET BISCUITS

Ingredients

6x 250ml Cake Flour
10ml Cream of Tartar
5ml Bicarbonate of Soda
½ tin Condensed Milk
375ml Sugar

2 Eggs
375g Butter
5ml Vanilla Essence
Cherries

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Mix butter, sugar, condensed milk, vanilla essence, and eggs until light and creamy.
  3. Add all dry ingredients.
  4. Make small balls and press with finger.
  5. Put small pieces of cherry in little hole on top of biscuit.
  6. Bake at 180°C until light brown.
