Ingredients
6x 250ml Cake Flour
10ml Cream of Tartar
5ml Bicarbonate of Soda
½ tin Condensed Milk
375ml Sugar
2 Eggs
375g Butter
5ml Vanilla Essence
Cherries

Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Mix butter, sugar, condensed milk, vanilla essence, and eggs until light and creamy.
- Add all dry ingredients.
- Make small balls and press with finger.
- Put small pieces of cherry in little hole on top of biscuit.
- Bake at 180°C until light brown.
