Ingredients
15 ml gelatine
50 ml water
250 ml Clover Classic Plain Yoghurt
250 ml Clover Cream or additional Clover Classic Plain Yoghurt
± 300 g washed and hulled strawberries
30 ml sugar (or to taste)
To Serve
Additional strawberries with stems
OR
Decoratively cut fresh or canned fruit or berries
Toasted muesli
Fruit purée or sauce (optional)

Method
- Place the gelatine in a small jug and cover with water. Microwave on Medium for 30 seconds – 1 minute or until just melted.
- Place the yoghurt and cream, if used, in a food processor and process while adding the melted gelatine. Add the strawberries and process on pulse only until the fruit is quite roughly chopped. Add sugar to taste and pulse very briefly to combine without liquidising the fruit.
- Pour the mixture into a ring mould or divide between 8 – 10 individual small moulds. Refrigerate at least 2 hours or until set before loosening, turning out and garnishing as explained above.
Tip
Replace the yoghurt, cream, and strawberries with 750 ml of any flavour of fruity yoghurt.
Poured into a ring mould (1 litre) or individual moulds (150 – 200 ml) to set, gives everyday yoghurt a new stylish appearance. Serve with decorative fresh fruit such as decoratively sliced fruit, a sprinkling of muesli and a drizzle of fruit sauce if preferred.
