TRIANGLE TART

Serves 8

Ingredients

2 Packet Tennis biscuits
125 g Butter
125 g Castor Sugar
1 Big egg
250 g Creamed Cottage cream

10 ml Vanilla Essence
Red Maraschino cherries
100 g Dark chocolate, melted
BIG piece of foil

Method

  1. Pack 12 biscuits, 3 rows down, 4 rows side.
  2. Cream butter and sugar until light & fluffy. Add egg and mix well.
  3. Fold cream cheese and vanilla to it: DO NOT STIR TOO MUCH.
  4. Smear ⅓ of mixture over biscuits.
  5. Add another row of biscuits on top.
  6. Smear rest of mixture over biscuits BUT keep a little bit aside for decoration later.
  7. Put cherries in middle from top to bottom.
  8. Fold sides of foil to the top and then over the tart to form a triangle.
  9. Leave in fridge for 30 minutes.
  10. Remove foil and smear rest of mixture on top of triangle tart.
  11. Through melted chocolate over top and sides.
  12. Put back in fridge for 10 minutes.
  13. Enjoy immediately.
